In the event your tracking information states that your order was discarded or that it is on it's way back to the shipper, please feel free to send us an email, myjones@jonessoda.com, so we can get your replacement out the door much earlier. We only receive notice that there was damage if it comes back to our shipping facility. Sometimes, a damaged package will still make it to it's destination. If there is broken glass, we recommend throwing the entire package away for your safety. We do not recommend drinking the soda in any bottles that are not broken. If your package arrives broken, please email us at myjones@jonessoda.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage in order to make a claim with our shipping department and UPS. We will then work with you on either a replacement or refund.
