1. Eligibility:
   • The “Best Taste Guarantee” is available to customers who purchase Jones Soda products from authorized retailers within the United States.
   • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date.
2. Submission Requirements:
   • Customers must upload a clear, legible photo of the original receipt showing the purchase of the Jones Soda product.
   • The receipt must include the date of purchase, retailer name, and the specific Jones Soda product purchased circled.
3. Refund Process:
   • Refunds will be issued via PayPal only.
   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt verification.
4. Limitations:
   • Each household as identified by phone, address, or email is limited to one refund on one product.
   • Multiple refund requests for the same product flavor from the same household will not be honored.
   • Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the Jones Soda product as indicated on the receipt, excluding any taxes or additional charges.
5. Fraud Prevention:
   • Jones Soda reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the receipt and the purchase.
   • Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, submitting altered or fake receipts, will result in disqualification from the program and potential legal action.
   • Jones Soda reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify the purchase.
6. General Conditions:
   • Jones Soda reserves the right to modify or terminate the “Best Taste Guarantee” program at any time without prior notice.
   • Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
